SA Lockdown – Day31
We have been in a very strict lockdown and from the 1st May we will be moving a level down regarding our restrictions but the changes are minimal and we still won’t be able to visit friends and family.
We always entertained a lot and it’s something that I’m really missing.
When I entertain and it’s not a formal dinner, then I like to have some finger food that also serves as the starter, while everyone can can still mingle about before siting down.

Some of my favourites to serve are:
Bloody Mary in shot glasses
White wine & Cheese Risotto with a Prawn on top
Meatballs in a Tomato Sauce
Nachos with Guacamole and Baba Ganoush
