I read this and had to repost it….. a must try…. #Repost @thefitforkfeed with @get_repost ・・・ Move over complicated cauliflower crusts! 😤Socca (rhymes with polka) pizza/flatbread crust is here and we may never be the same again…Have you hopped on the socca train yet? This 2 ingredient pizza crust (wait whaaaaat?!) is #vegan, #glutenfree, #dairyfree, high in #protein and can be whipped up in minutes! Socca is a simple flatbread made of chickpea flour (garbanzo bean). If you’re a thin, crispy crust fan, then you will love it! I’ll post the easy “recipe” below! . I topped my pizza with my Edamame, Arugula & Spinach Pesto from the blog (link in profile), arugula, microgreens, watermelon radishes, edamame and a sprinkle of @urbankitchenapothecary gomasio. . 1 cup @bobsredmill chickpea flour 1 cup water 2 T olive oil 1/2 T spices (I used @primalpalate adoboe seasoning) . Combine all the ingredients above and let sit for an hour for best results. Preheat oven to 400F. You can use broiler if you wish. Preheat a 10 inch cast iron skillet with 1 T olive oil in the oven. Once the oil is hot, remove and add batter.
