SA Lockdown – Day1

Only 20 more days to go, we hope.

I like and enjoy cooking but sometimes I like to give cooked meals a try.
So, if you are now cooking more than usual in a day because the entire family is at home for days, you may want to do something that’s quick, easy and enjoyable.
I’m going to post a daily easy to make meal during this time.
This dish is a gluten free linguine (available at Dischem & Pick n Pay) with meatballs from @frozenforyousa
I made a little tomato sauce with puréed tomatoes, onions and garlic in olive oil and added it to the meatball gravy.
You can also order online from @frozenforyousa and the best thing is that they will deliver during the lockdown. Their prices are reasonable and their service is also very good.
