Sweet & Spicy – Roasted Cauliflower

My husband and I both enjoy eating cauliflower and I was playing around and wanted to do something different with it, so tried this and I must say, it turned out better that I had expected. I served it with grilled salmon and sautéed oyster mushrooms.
This would also go perfectly with a lovely roast.

Sweet & Spicy Roast Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower florets only
2 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp olive oil/canola oil
½ tbsp teriyaki sauce
black pepper to taste

Recipe Method:
• Wash and pat dry the florets.
• Preheat oven to 200ºC and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Combine cauliflower and other ingredients in a large bowl and mix until the cauliflower is well coated with all the ingredients.
• Place cauliflower onto the baking sheet making sure that it’s evenly spread out and place in the oven. Overcrowding will cause it to steam and not roast.
• You can bake for about 30 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
• Serve when still warm.
