SA Lockdown – Day24
I’m still into quick and easy meals during this time and hope you are all safe in these strange times.
My Sunday roast was a Balsamic Glaze Pork Ribeye from Woolworths SA which comes in a roasting bag.
Oh so easy to prepare, and I roasted some veg with it.

Use whatever veg you have and toss it in a little Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper, a clove of Garlic sliced and a sprig or 2 of Rosemary.
