Where to begin….

I visited @eden_haus_zambia a few weeks ago for the first time after seeing their IG posts.

It was early evening and had a lovely setting with an awesome ambience.
We were greeted by a friendly waitress who showed us around and then took us to our table, where we were introduced to Blessing, our waiter.
It was such a lovely surprise to receive friendly and good service, definitely one of the best in Lusaka.

We just wanted something light, so had the Mediterranean Board to share…..
It lacked salt & taste, and definitely needed more seasoning.
I thought maybe the chef was not the usual one, and we must come back to try them again.

We returned for breakfast last Sunday, we were 4 of us and the only patrons there.
Our food took about an hour to arrive.
Blessing served us again, and the service like the previous time was good.
The food unfortunately was nothing to write home about.

The Eggs Benedict was a cheesy sort of sauce instead of Hollandaise and spoilt the breakfast.
I had the Crab Sandwich that had so much watered down mayo that one couldn’t eat it, but the homemade nachos served with it was one of the tastiest I’ve had to date.

Very disappointing meals, very good service and setting with a lovely ambience.
Unfortunately won’t be back.
